yes!! it s sooooo usefull and helpful... i m using it almost every day!! it contain every word can help to have a good vocabulary...
i can give you one advice my brother "I'am"... you have to look for a freind (or anyone) that you can talk to him in english (directly or by msn..but the first is better)... that will make your speech better than now.. trust me!!

If you want to improve your english level, like anything you have to improve, you'll need to do it again and again until you get it right. Like anything, english requires practicing... besides of that, you have to deversifie your ways of learning
but before looking for a place to practice and enhance your English skills, you must have a minimum of english language.
And of course you have to be motivited and to love what you learn
